BIEMMEDUE EMERGENCY HEATING

Headquartered in Cherasco, in the province of Cuneo, not far from Cuneo, Milan and Turin, Biemmedue S.p.A. is a world leader in the design and production of hot air generators, professional dehumidifiers and industrial cleaning machines.

The production facility of Biemmedue covers an area of 5,000 m2 and is here that the Arcotherm branded hot air generators and the Arcodry branded dehumidifiers are designed and manufactured. Since January 2018, thanks to a major expansion project, Biemmedue will open a new warehouse to bring the production of the Arcomat line, dedicated to industrial cleaning products, to Cherasco.

A very important sector to which Biemmedue devotes many of its energies is that of emergency heating, dedicated to heating sites and people affected by natural disasters, which therefore need immediate and effective solutions to cope with flooding, earthquakes, floods, ...

The Biemmedue Arcotherm line dedicated to this sector includes hot air mobile generators that respond to the logic of mobile or temporary emergency heating, indoor and outdoor, from relatively low price and above all need for installations. Thanks to their ease of use, mobility, robustness, reliability and flexibility, they are easy to use in temporary structures or temporary shelter, providing relief and relief wherever they are needed.

Generally, these are single-fueled products (diesel or gas), equipped with wheels and / or handling handles, which can be equipped with various accessories that allow different applications, depending on the customer's needs.

FIRE

The FIRE hot air mobile generator is powered with diesel fuel with integrated burner, irradiation: the feature that distinguishes this model is the absence of air handling. The flame generated by the burner heats up the parabola, which, thanks to the high temperatures, stops and burns all the residuals of combustion, ensuring clean combustion and 100% yield. They are used for localized heating of particularly large environments or where it is advisable to avoid dust in the environment.

JUMBO

Indirect combustion hot air manifolds with axial fan JUMBO are large size machines for bulky environments, they can fit an external gasoline, LPG or methane burner indifferently. Equipped with axial fans in compliance with ERP 2015 regulations, they are a great compromise for performance (93%), silence and prevalence, a feature especially recommended for fitting where piping is planned.

EK

The EK hot air generators are powered by electric current. In place of the burner there are electrical resistors which guarantee the heating of the air, which is conveyed through the fan. This feature makes them suitable for use in any condition, even in enclosed spaces, in contrast to thermal power is limited and is preferably used where the electricity is available at low cost.

EC

Indirect combustion hot air generators EC are supplied with diesel fuel, with integrated burner: they employ a heat exchanger that allows the evacuation of the fumes through a fireplace that can be connected to the outside; can therefore be placed inside enclosed spaces, on the contrary they have a higher cost and a yield of around 90%, having to calculate the amount of heat evacuated through the chimney.
