HOT AIR GENERATORS FOR INDUSTRY

BIEMMEDUE effectively heats large buildings during the winter

Heating for industry is a sector to which BIEMMEDUE pays great attention. In fact, in the coldest winter months, heating large buildings, such as warehouses, workshops and industrial sheds with very large spaces, is essential to allow constant and continuous work and allow every large company to continue in its business.

Is it possible to obtain a high thermal capacity by limiting heating costs?

The need is to maintain a stable temperature despite the large volumes and the frequent exchange of hot and warm air due to the opening of the doors, due to the rapid internal cooling. It is therefore necessary that these spaces are quickly heated, so that the internal decline is immediately resolved with new and rapid heat.

Hot air generators for industry must therefore ensure the maintenance of comfortable temperatures for workers and, at the same time, avoid wasting energy (and therefore money).

Traditional heating systems are not suitable for industrial heating

  • DIRECT THE HEAT

The hot air disperses and accumulates in the high areas of the room, while the work spaces remain poorly heated

  • MOVE DUST

Traditional systems move dust and dust within the room, generating "pollution" and an uncomfortable work environment

  • INSTALLATION

They require the installation of the heating plant and the various necessary pipes, with long and complex bureaucratic procedures, which mean waste of working time

  • HIGH HEATING TIMES

The times required to obtain the heating of an entire shed are very long with very high fuel consumption and costs that rise in an exaggerated way.

The solution? BIEMMEDUE hot air generators

The BM2 hot air generators for industry are designed and produced for professional heating of large rooms or industrial warehouses.

They are very quiet machines (suitable for closed rooms) with a structure that develops vertically and are all indirect combustion: they use a high-performance heat exchanger that allows the evacuation of fumes through a chimney that can be connected to the outside. They can therefore be placed inside closed rooms.

They produce the heat necessary to heat rooms of different sizes, even when traditional heating systems are not enough or are not enough. They are powered by diesel, LPG, methane and electricity and can be used both as a fixed and temporary heat source.

BM2 hot air generators designed for industry combine innovative design, quality of materials used and product safety.

All products can be equipped with programming and temperature control units to meet the most varied application needs. Some have standard dimensions and functions, while others are designed to measure and according to the needs of the customer.
