THE NEW ELECTRICITY HOT AIR GENERATOR CONFORT 40E
BIEMMEDUE hot air generators
BIEMMEDUE is a company specialized in the design, development and production of hot air generators intended to heat the air and distribute it in a specific environment (such as a building, an industrial area or a construction site) using different energy sources:
Gas generators: Use natural gas or propane as fuel to generate heat
Diesel generators: Use diesel or other liquid fuels to produce heat
Electric generators: use electrical resistors to generate heat
Biomass generators: use organic materials such as wood, pellets or agricultural waste to generate heat through combustion
These are therefore fundamental machines for maintaining a comfortable or optimal temperature in cold environments or where additional or emergency heating is necessary. Here's an overview of what they are and how they work.
How hot air generators work
Hot air generators use an energy source to generate heat through a combustion process or electrical resistance. The generated heat is transferred to the air passing through the heat exchanger inside the generator. The heat exchanger is designed to maximize the transfer of heat from the heating element to the air without compromising the efficiency of the system, distributing it evenly in the environments to be heated.
The hot air generators are also equipped with control systems that regulate the temperature of the air produced according to specific needs.
BM2 hot air generators heat rooms quickly, reducing waiting times to reach the desired temperature and can be used in a wide range of applications, reducing energy costs compared to other heating systems and boosting energy efficiency.
Among the new models presented in the Arcotherm 2024 Catalog is CONFORT 40 E, the plug&play electric fixed industrial hot air generator.
This is a generator designed for applications in tensile structures, tents, emergencies and mobile applications, where the use of fossil fuels is not permitted. It has a centrifugal fan with IP 55 protection, very silent (noise ≤ 66 db at 2 metres) and with high prevalence and performance, which guarantees a high air flow rate and static pressure for the homogeneous and long-distance diffusion of hot air through ducts or sheaths.

The advantages of the new BM2 electric generator
Compared to other energy sources, electric hot air generators offer several advantages.
First of all, they have high energy efficiency: electricity can be converted directly into heat without significant losses, which makes them more efficient than generators that use fuels such as gas or diesel.
They are also safer (having no internal combustion, there is no risk of gas leaks or fires), more sustainable (not emitting exhaust fumes, fumes or harmful odors) and quieter in operation.
Furthermore, they are extremely easy to install: they do not require the installation of gas or oil pipes, nor ventilation for combustion gases, simplifying the installation process and reducing costs.
Finally, they require low maintenance: compared to generators that use fossil fuels, electric heaters have no filters to clean or fuel to replace, which reduces maintenance costs and efforts in the long run.
