NEW BIEMMEDUE: ELECTRIC HOT WATER GENERATOR

New SPLIT-E electric generator

The SPLIT-E electric generator is an instantaneous electric boiler capable of generating hot water up to 90°C.

SPLIT-E works in continuous flow at high pressure and has a nominal power that varies between 24 kW and 48 kW depending on the model chosen.

With a solid stainless steel structure, it can be used as an instantaneous hot water generator with minimum intervention flow rates.

This is an ideal solution for companies that have work areas where the emission of polluting gases is not permitted and, more generally, for places where they want to eliminate emissions due to combustion.

It can be combined with a cold water pressure washer to exploit the latter's high pressure, with optimal performance up to 300 bar.

SPLIT-E is equipped with:

  • safety thermostat, which intervenes if the maximum temperature thresholds are exceeded

  • flow switch for minimum flow

  • low pressure control circuit

Using dedicated brackets, the module can be hung on a wall and can also be connected to a hose reel to make it completely autonomous and functional

The characteristic of producing zero emissions, being 100% electric, makes it an instrument in line with anti-pollution regulations.

The constant increase in the availability of electricity generated on site by photovoltaic panels makes SPLIT-E a very effective and economical tool, ideal for industries, car washes and more generally for those who use hot water in cleaning cycles.

The use of SPLI-E guarantees a series of important advantages, first of all energy efficiency and energy saving to reduce consumption. Furthermore, as it is not based on combustion, it does not produce harmful gases, making this solution safer to use, with less maintenance required and without the need to clean combustion residues.

More compact than gas or fuel systems, it also allows for easier installation, produces no emissions during operation and thus helps reduce the carbon footprint. Finally, SPLI-E can work in combination with renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, increasing sustainability.
