SPLIT-E is designed to generate instant hot water with continuous flow, eliminating the need for storage tanks. This approach makes hot water available only when required, with immediate temperature control and without unnecessary energy losses.

The system is ideal for high-pressure applications, where temperature stability and immediate availability of hot water directly affect washing quality and overall process efficiency.

Intelligent control system and advanced safety

Safety is one of the key design pillars of the SPLIT-E generator. The unit is equipped with a flow switch on the water inlet, which controls the activation of the electric heating elements. The vertical installation of the flow switch is a precise technical choice, designed to allow the spring to be removed in the event of failure, preventing system blockages or malfunctions.

For additional protection of both the system and the operator, the generator is fitted with a safety valve and a dual temperature control system. The adjustable thermostat from 0 to 90°C allows precise setting of the water temperature according to operational needs, while a fixed 70°C thermostat with automatic reset provides a second level of safety. This device is positioned on the water inlet to the first heating element and ensures immediate system shutdown if, following a flow switch failure, the heating elements begin to heat without the presence of water.

Safe and reliable electrical controls

The electrical control panel of the SPLIT-E has been designed to ensure maximum reliability and ease of use. User controls operate at low voltage (24V), reducing risks for the operator and increasing the overall safety level of the system. A main power isolator switch is included, essential for maintenance operations or for safely shutting down the machine.

Starting and stopping the heating mode is managed through dedicated ON–OFF push buttons, allowing immediate and intuitive control of the generator even during intensive work phases.

Power management and component protection

In models equipped with six heating elements, with the exception of the 24 kW version, SPLIT-E features a 50% / 100% power selector. This function allows energy consumption to be adapted to actual operational requirements, optimizing running costs and extending component lifespan.

An additional protective feature is the 5-second delay between water flow and heating element activation. This technical solution prevents micro-leaks, improper lance use, or frequent start-stop cycles from causing excessive hourly switching, which could otherwise damage contactors and reduce long-term system reliability.

Finally, insulated heating elements improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat dispersion, ensuring uniform and controlled heating.
