High pressure cleaning is used to polish floors, walls, boxes and Conveyors as a washing procedure after the cleaning and the application of chemical products.

While using the high pressure washers the water gets spryed on the surfaces with a power pressure that goes from 15 bar (low pressure) to 150 bar (high pressure). Even a pressure that goes from 40 to 65 bar is considered high pressure.

A water temperature of 60° C is needed when detergents are added. An important part of the cleaning is done by the mechanical effects. It is important to maintain a safe and efficient pressure.

Using a high pressure cleaning machine means paying attention on the pressure levels, the volume of the water spryed, the water temperature and the quantity of detergents used. An inaccurate pressure can cause poor cleaning, instead an extremely high pressure could cause damages on the surfaces and be dangerous for people as well.

The middle/high pressure cleaners have the following benefits:

  • There is less use of water thanks to the mechanic cleaning of the water jet

  • There is less need of chemicals for the cleaning because most of the dirt gets removed from the pressure of the water jet
