GWP and environment

Biemmedue dehumidifiers are designed and built in compliance with the F-gas directive: "Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and which repeals Regulation (EC) No. . 842/2006".

To comply with the new F-gas regulations, the new DR 2021 are equipped with a new ecological refrigerant gas, R454C, with very low GWP values ​​(global warming potential, i.e. the contribution to the greenhouse effect and global warming).
