SUPER HIGH PRESSURE WASHERS_ ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

SUPER HIGH PRESSURE WASHER ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM: MAIN FUNCTIONS

The SUPER pressure washer models, like many of the pressure washers in the BIEMMEDUE catalog, are equipped with the "ACDS2" electronic system which brings together many functions designed for the correct use and management of the pressure washer.

This technology brings considerable advantages in terms of spare parts management and simplification of information to the maintenance technician.

The ACDS2 technology, installed inside the pressure washer, signals all system anomalies through LED alarms. In particular:

  • STOP DUE TO NON-USE: in the event that the machine is left powered, with the SW switch on ON, but not used for more than 20 minutes, the inactivity lock is activated

  • STOP DUE TO LACK OF WATER: in the event that there is a lack of pressure and therefore of water inside the machine for more than 5 seconds, the machine blocks and is completely stopped to avoid damage to the pump and of the boiler.

  • BLOCK DUE TO MOTOR OVERHEATING: the motor is equipped with a thermal switch which intervenes when temperatures considered excessive for the electric motor are reached. When it intervenes, the machine blocks with a total stop.

  • STOP FOR MICRO-LEAKS: in the event that 8 starts occur with the machine running and the gun closed, with immediate stop within 1.5 seconds, it means that there is a micro loss of water and the machine stops to avoid continuous and repeated engine restarts.

  • SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE SIGNAL: upon reaching 800 hours of operation, a request for maintenance is signaled. The machine continues to operate with all functions enabled but imposes a 2-second delay between the opening of the gun and the start of the engine for work operations.

  • ANTI-CALC LEVEL CONTROL (OPTIONAL): if the contact of the descaler float closes, the machine signals the anomaly. However, the use of the machine with both hot and cold water is allowed.

  • DIESEL LEVEL CONTROL (OPTIONAL): if the float contact closes, the machine signals the lack of diesel and inhibits hot water operation. However, the use of the machine with cold water is allowed.

  • FLAME CONTROL (OPTIONAL): if the ignition of the flame is not optically detected after 1s from the activation of the diesel solenoid valve, or if the flame is missing for more than 1s during the boiler's operating period, or, finally, it is detected again flame after closing from the diesel solenoid valve, the machine locks out with total stop

By connecting the appropriate kit inside the electrical panel, ACDS2 acts as a diagnostic reader. The information (reserved for Service centers) available within it is:

  • SOFTWARE VERSION

  • ENABLING / DISABLING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTICE HOURS MACHINE ON

  • N. HOURS OF THE MOTOR OF THE PUMP ON

  • N. MICRO-LEAK ALARM INTERVENTIONS

  • N. INACTIVITY ALARM INTERVENTIONS

  • N. LACK OF WATER ALARM INTERVENTIONS

  • N. FLAME CONTROL INTERVENTIONS

  • N. OVERHEATING ALARM INTERVENTIONS

  • COUNT OF GUN OPENINGS / CLOSURES
