PROFESSIONAL HEATING FOR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

The heating and ventilation of large production facilities, such as industrial buildings, usually involve considerable costs. The large spaces necessitate large costs, and the installation and use of traditional heating systems are usually inefficient, with considerable energy costs.

Finding the correct industrial heating system is usually very complex and involves different factors which not everyone is able to keep in consideration and to calculate, but are essential in order to avoid increasing costs.

To properly heat an industrial building, a solution must be found which combines the comfort of the personnel who work there, cost reduction, increase in productivity and environmental sustainability. This, while keeping in mind some points:

1.    Buildings have surfaces with large heights, therefore large volumes to heat

2.    Buildings have doors and gates which are usually always open, constantly letting in cold air

3.    In buildings, people are usually concentrated in a small area or are distributed over the entire area.

Since traditional heating systems produce warm air which rises and remains in layers below the ceiling, allowing cold air which enters from the doors and gates to circulate below, they are obviously inefficient and usually very expensive for the heating of industrial buildings because the system needs to run continuously, resulting in rising costs and waste of energy.

Aroctherm line of warm air generators by Biemmedue, specialized in heating of industrial and construction sectors, allow the heating of large spaces quickly and efficiently, ensuring continuous flow of warm air and proper circulation. The large range of models, for different power supplies, not only allow the heating of large areas of a building, but also smaller areas, such as individual work spaces which may exist.

In this family of products, there are warm air generators which require limited intervention of their installation. They are normally used in the heating of warehouses, buildings, workshops…, and thanks to their low costs, they are an alternative proposal to conventional heating systems.

These are products with vertically developed structures and all are with indirect combustion: they use a heat exchanger which allows the evacuation of fumes through a chimney which is connected to the outside; making them suitable for use in closed indoor spaces, furthermore providing an output of about 90%, deducting the amount of heat evacuated through the chimney.
