HEATING IN AGRICULTURE

Agricultural greenhouses, to maintain a constant temperature inside, must have thermal plants able to withstand a load of remarkable work hours.

The main objective of a greenhouse is to capture the heat of the sun and to maintain a favorable climate for plant growth, which is why an efficient heating system is required to maintain a constant internal temperature.

Internal heating is the pulsating heart of the greenhouse, but what are the characteristics that it must possess to be a good plant?
To characterize the greenhouse heating system are three components: the heat generator, the heat distribution and delivery system and the thermoregulation.

Choosing the type of plant to be adopted is very important, especially in view of the crop present within the greenhouse.
In the case of less delicate crops it is enough to install a hot air generator: this type of plant is mainly chosen for the antifreeze function.

Cultures that combine two heat distribution systems (air and basal heating, both pancakes and floors) increase plant efficiency, thus decreasing the cost of the fuel used. In addition, the heat is distributed much more evenly without having to undergo thermal changes in plants.

Biemmedue offers a range of models for heating (Arcotherm products) dedicated to agriculture; Reduced footprint and the ability to attach hot air generators to the greenhouse structure allow the installation of these products in any room.

Equipped with twin or twin wheels for the trolley version, or supplied with special supports for the roof version, the Bihemedue Model Agriculture hot air generators are easily transportable.
